I went to a Promise Keepers rally a couple years ago with my friend Nick, and they talked about sleep at one point. Saying that, as we all know, our body needs so much sleep each night to function. If we don't get enough one night, it will carry over to the next. If we get more than enough one night, it will mean we require less the next. So on and so forth. Since I was in high school, I would stay up late and not require more than about 5 hours of sleep each night. Now with my back issues, five hours is all I can usually stand before I start tossing and turning, but I'm still tired. I don't know when the last time I slept good for more than a night or two. When I get more than like seven hours of sleep, then I'm groggy for most of the morning. I should probably submit myself to a sleep study at one point or another, but for now, I'll just stick to chugging the java! Mmmmmmmm...
On another note, B & I watched the movie "The Gridiron Gang" last night. Really good movie, with great storyline and morals, but once again, I can't get over most of the acting by the lead juvenile that is in the story. I hate how he overacted the thug persona. So much so that it was just driving me nuts. The same thing happened in "Drum Line" with Nick Cannon. GREAT movie, just overacting thugness that he tried to do. Still, I'd recommend the movie to anyone. Not good for kids, but that's only for foul language in a few spots, and some violence.

Interesting title for the posting. I wonder what recently inspired you to come up with that one?
