Museum blogging from Sunday

So, our usual Sundays have been pretty lame. Church in the morning (not lame), then get home and do housework, and maybe the pool. I decided it was time to get the fam out of the house and to go DO something fun together. We decided to go hit the Children's Museum of Houston, as well as the Health Museum of Houston. Both were fun in their own rights, the latter museum being more for adults since the exhibits were just over their heads and didn't contain enough for them to really grasp on to. I decided to twitter (mini-blog) some of the days events as we went through. Below are our thoughts.

(starting at noon)

Me and the fam are visiting the Childrens Museum of Houston

Dressing up as Mexican children. Hilarious! Pics taken!

Milking a fake cow, and purchasing fake groceries

Built my first clubhouse. Brad would be so proud!

Found a table I want to make for the kids upstairs

Wow, lots of languages/nationalities being represented here. It truly is amazing in that retrospect of Houston

A kids news station. Pretty cool.

All in all, its worth the 5 dollar admission price, but I think its really for older kids around 8 or older.

Belinda (aka the family photographer) is doing a great job

B just made one of the all-time best accidental quotes. Email me to find out what she said

Found the secret bonus playground! +10 cool factor! LEVEL UP!

The caboose was cool to see and read about.

On to the health museum. Already let down that they don't show body parts, but they saved themselves with a cool sugar exhibit

Okay, health museum rules. Fee candy!!!

Puked on by the baby for the 100th time and kids not caring about this place. Time to go home.

Just heard thunder. Perfect timing.

B's thoughts - children's museum was great photo op! Health museum-no real bodies

(this concludes the twitter broadcast)

It was a fun day. Even though I wonder if my shirt will ever come out puke free.
