Here is what I am REALLY enjoying when needing to add something to give a dish a little more of a "kick"...

That's right...Tabasco has a newer flavor...Chipotle! The only side with it, is the usual for any topping usually...the sodium. It's okay to use it in moderation, as even in small amounts, the smoky flavor and tabasco hotness come out amazingly well! Think some plain chicken from the grill...and then add this to it. Sprinkle some on top when finished so you save on "over-dipping" calories, then add your steamed veggies and maybe some fruit, and viola, only your sodium from the chipotle is there, which doesn't hurt at all! I HIGHLY recommend picking up the biggest bottle your local grocery store sells, and add it to any meat/egg dish you cook. Heck, you can even use it as a marinade!
