The time has arrived!

Tomorrow morning, B and I will be flying to some tropical paridise "East" of Houston. The land will be flowing with milk and honey, and cabanna people to bow down to our every wish.

Seriously though, tomorrow morning, B and I do begin our three day mini-vacation to celebrate our 11th anniversary...and to an unknown destination. For some reason I agreed to a getaway with B, to let her pick the destination, and to let it be a surprise to me until we get to the airport. Yup, that's what it is. Tomorrow, when we get to the airport, is when I'll finally find out where we're going. All I know is that it's East of here, it's going to be warm/hot, and there is "water". Does that mean a pool? Does that mean an ocean? Does it mean the hotel bathtub? Do we even have a hotel room, or are we staying in some guys Winnebago? I have no clue! Seriously. All I know is what I said above, and that we are doing something special on Saturday. :) Luckily for me, I can live with not knowing. It's been tough at times, and right now I'm DYING to know where we're going, but I know I only have a few more hours to have to wait to find out. Here are more clues about where we're going, courtesy of B's blog.

It's going to be a much needed get away for B and I. I would give anything for it to be just one more day if nothing else, but if we can't do that, then we have to accept what we get. I wish we lived closer to B's folks, so that they could watch the kids once in a while and give us even more of a chance to get away. When we went on our cruise six years ago, my mom watched the kids for a few days, and then B's folks watched them the other few days.

Either way, as I said, we'll take what we can get and be glad about it!

I'm calling it right now though...we're going to Florida somewhere. Not sure where. I would think that we're going somewhere on the East coast, where the water is blue though, because we can get dirty/semi-clear water here, and I know she isn't thinking of going somewhere to swim in only a pool when we can do that here. At least that's what I'm thinking anyway. Maybe I'm wrong though? Who knows! Only she and whoever she's told (which seems to be everyone BUT me). Tune in next week to see what the outcome was!
