This is an actual conversation by our receptionist and a woman who called her today:

Listener--------I’m needing to get some help

Alisa------------Ok, I will try to help you

Listener-------Well together maybe we can figure this out.

Alisa-----------Ok

Listener-------I am in the restroom at Starbucks and I can’t get the toilet to flush. Do you know what I should do?

Alisa-----------I’m sorry ma’am but I do not know what to tell you.

Listener------Well I am a 63 yr old lady and I just can’t get it to flush and there is toilet paper everywhere. Can’t you tell me who to call??

Alisa----------Soooooo you are in the restroom at Starbucks now??

Listener------Yes, I am here and it will just not work and I need to do something.

Alisa----------Well Ma’am I would just go out and find someone that works there and let them know that the toilet is not flushing.

Listener-----Well I guess I can do that. Thank you very much.
