Weekend musings.

Another weekend is upon us. What do you all have planned? B works Saturday. I'm taking the kids to a mexican restaurant called "Las Ramadas" to meet up with some friends of ours who moved away and are in town for the weekend. So we plan on catching up with them for an hour or two, and load up on the chips and salsa. Then over the afternoon I plan on just kicking back and watching some college football. Right now it's Nebraska vs Wake Forest. Not my ideal matchup, but pretty in HD.

Tomorrow is the long anticipated KC Chiefs vs Houston Texans game that we have tickets for. We're going to go early and hang out a little. I'm working on getting us field passes and press box passes, since as I've stated before, my old boss is the Texans wireless communications director who has an all access pass. I got Belinda and I some Larry Johnson replica jerseys, but hers is way too big, so we'll return hers and she can wear my old Andre Rison one. Hopefully you'll hear from us again, and we won't be killed at the game...especially after the Chiefs blow them out. Okay, maybe not blow them out. I don't have that high of hopes for the Chiefs this year. We'll see though, maybe they'll suprise everyone. After the game though, we're heading to moms for a birthday get together, and then come home so I can hopefully mow the yard.

My right shoulder (where I had bone spurs removed about 9 years ago) is hurting a lot lately. And with my back not hurting as much right now, I think I'm going to look into getting it checked out. I'll be mad if the spurs are back. I honestly would rather it be a tear they can just fix, so I can be done with this pain in my shoulder.

Well, cutting this post shorter than I wanted, because the baby just woke up and Jaelyn's having a meltdown.
