Servin' up the calories.
This morning in the gym, I wanted to really push myself. I want to try and break the 50 lb mark before B & I go on our mini-vacation for our anniversary. On our elliptical machine at home, it goes up to lvl 8. At the Y, it goes up to lvl 20. I usually sit on lvl 15 when I do my workouts, but I pushed it to 17 today, and even maxed it to lvl 20 for three minutes. UGH! Three minutes may not sound like a lot, but it was! I burned over 625 cals on that machine, then ran on the treadmill for another 100 cals! I straight ROCKED it today! Good workout, good workout!
