We have the technology.
We can make him better than he was.
Better. Stronger. Faster.
...........Heartbeat..........
On the 24th of April, the Sheldon's brought into the world the most powerful being in the whole galaxy, and they named him Evan. Behold, the ruler of the known world (in 20 years). He came into this world weighing 8 lbs 10 oz, and 21 inches long, but will soon be large enough to devour the world, enslaving millions to his dominion!!!
WHOA?!!??!!?! Sorry about that folks...I'm too hopped up on Mountain Dew, ready to come at someone like a spider monkey and scissor kick them in the back of the head!
Seriously...mom and baby are doing GREAT! The c-section went through SMOOTHLY this time, thank God, and everyone was great afterwards. Evan lost over a pound in the hospital, but has since gained most of it back and is doing fabulous! He was jaundice when we came home as well, but that has subsided as well. He's just like his brothers when they were a baby also, because he never seems to cry unless he's hungry or wet. B is doing smashingly well in her own right. A c-section is horribly painful I'm sure, but she came through fine and isn't on any pain meds besides for headaches that are a temporary side effect of having a baby some times. She's back to driving a car (had to stop for two weeks), and is slowly getting back into the swing of things. She is an amazing woman, I tell ya...

That might be the most delicious looking german chocolate cake I have ever seen! Who would have ever thought to put some dilectablyfantasticawesomesauce walnuts on a german chocolate cake?! MY WIFE, THAT'S WHO! My lady and my mom know that gcc is one of my favorite cakes ever, but I had gotten burnt out on them after about 15+ years of having them every birthday, but after having a few years off, I felt the urge to have one again. B hooked me up and "viola!", the amazing picture you see is created...and all the peasants rejoiced!
My birthday was kind of blah this year. Not in a bad way because not much happened, but in a "I'm 31 now...nothing to get excited over." How do we get this way as adults? Shouldn't we be happy for a birthday we get to celebrate like we did when we were kids? I mean I'm greatful that the Lord has blessed me with another milestone in my life, but why can't we be more joyful about it? Why do we only seem to make it a big deal when we turn 30, 40, 50, etc? Belinda threw me that awesome fiesta style party last year that was awesome, but I'm not talking like that. Just where a bunch of people get together and you have a big night out. Really have fun on your day, ya know? It's all good though, I don't need that, but it's just fun to think about doing that with friends.
THAT'S WHY WE GOT 2007 MAJOR MARKET STATION OF THE YEAR, BABY!!! THIRD TIME IN A ROW, AND 6TH TIME IN 9 YEARS! BOOOOOOYAAAAAAAAH!
Okay, well this post should tide you all over for a while. Sorry it took a bunch of you getting on my case about not posting about Evan to finally get me to say something about the lil' guy. He's such a cutie, and mom and dad are tired and extremely busy! Well at least I am...mom gets 8 weeks to sit and enjoy Moses (Stan's name for Evan).
Peace out, and word to your mother!
E
