This one is about a month old, but still too cute...Evan playing with balloons from J's birthday party.
Now getting more current, we start with a video from the Rodeo carnival ride area where A and Braden are flying on this Superman type ride. I didn't see how it was before he rode on it, but they said he was tall enough, so I didn't worry too much. It was FLYING around and around. I could hear Braden, but I thought he was crying. Believe it or not, but Avery said he was yelling "YEEEAAAH!!!" the whole time! He LOVED it!
Some pics from the Houston Rodeo. We went there last Thursday. The weather was perfect when we got there early afternoon, but quickly changed to NASTY! We seriously were almost frostbiten by the time we got to our car at the end of the night.
People know that I am about the furthest thing from a cowboy, or anything country, but we had a blast. Made me miss the Iowa State Fair so much more as well, as it seemed like a mini version of it. Can't wait to get back there this year!
Kids modeling their new hats...yup, got my kids cowboy/girl hats. Okay, so I've gone a "little" country, but that's all. They were too stinkin' cute in them!
J is such a cowgirl, it's not funny!

This was a display with chicks that had recently or were just about to. In this pic, the one to the right was just sitting there in it's egg. Too tired to break that last bit. We all checked, and yes, it really WAS breathing!

Looking at the inside of this "tractor" made me realize how easy farmers have it when they get to at least this point of their farming duties. This tractor was AMAZING inside! I kept looking for the "16 switches" so I could get my tractor-pimp-on! :)

On Saturday, A & I (along with Mom and Steve) went to the Newsboys concert. They recorded a DVD here in Houston last Summer, but the director wasn't pleased with the results. They decided to do a reshoot and could have done it over in Russia, Australia (where they're from), or any other tons of places they still had concert dates, but nope, they added one more day to their concert dates...back in good ol' Houston, Texas! And what a show it was! I've seen the 'Boys a bunch of times, and they've never had a bad show. I can't wait for this DVD to come out!!! These pics are taken with my phone, so they're not the best, but you get the general idea. The opening of this concert was AWESOME!

"Guard me? Guard me?! The Secret Service couldn't guard me!" - Lil Penny. I stood about an inch shorter than T-Mac in this photo. Of course it was because Evan was holding me down. Look how HUGE my boy looks in this photo! Such a big boy!
